This is a house on a REAL Island! Nestled between Oxford & The Cotswold. Your adventure starts with a little boat journey across the lake to your very own private island. YOU get to drive our boats! The island (from 23rd Feb 2026 sleeps 20-24), boasts some beautiful interiors and everything you could wish for a truly unique group stay. Gather your friends, colleagues or family together for a truly memorable stay. Please note that we do not own the lake and you cannot have access into the water but if its water sports you are looking for then you can book in with Hardwick Water Sports (seasonal) on the next lake. Prices from 23/2/26 are for 20 people and additional costs from £220 apply for each guest after that.
