  Main Kitchen

  The main kitchen has a 4 oven AGA, additional electric hob, oven & microwave.  It also has 2 x Ninja Air-fryers and the expected coffee machine, toaster & utensils.  It has a dishwasher and two fridge-freezers.  Additional drinks fridges are in the outdoor kitchen , bar & 2nd kitchen.

  Dining Room

  The dining room is designed to work around your group.

  For larger gatherings, we can set it up restaurant-style, seating up to 22 guests so everyone can dine together comfortably. Or, for a more intimate feel, theres a beautiful antique table that takes cenre-stage which will seat 14. We can also add tables to each end or make a "horseshoe", whichever setup you choose, its all about bringing people together.

  Sitting Room

  TV, huge cosy wood burner & comfy seating, this is a great room for all to enjoy.

  Games room

  The games room is where things get competitive...and a little louder! Pool, air hockey, darts, foosball - plus places to sit back between rounds (or watch and judge).

  Its the type of room that starts with "just one game" and somehow turns into the whole evening but when the games are done, crank up the juke box and turn on the disco lights and you have yourself a whole new party space.

  Porch, Outdoor Kitchen & patio

  So tucked under the porch is your Pizza making area. Perfect for that first night. Bring your toppings, each load up your bases and in a matter of minutes ...dinner is served. Work it off with a game of ping pong or relax in the hot tub after.

  Maybe the next day you'd like a BBQ? Perfect with our outdoor kitchen you have everything you need including outdoor sink and patio area to seat you all. Of course you can't have too many chefs so step away from the BBQ and wander over to the Wonky Bar or games room while the culinary magic is being created.

  The Wonky Bar

  This is an outside room...its er...basic...but great fun! It has a bar, some interesting artwork, dart board & ships steering wheel! A speaker you can connect your devices to and play whatever music you like. Outside are hammocks, a swing, rocking chairs and range of cosy blankets and cushions. The perfect zone to relax and take in your surroundings.

  Utility/Kitchen 2

  More than a Utility, this serves as a second kitchen, while your hired in chef is preparing delights for you all...you still have somewhere you can make the dogs dinner!

  Bedroom 1

  This is one of the smallest rooms but oh so cute. Every bedroom has a delightful view over the gardens to the lake..what did you expect? You are on an island :)

  With its beautiful vintage French Louis style furnishings this bedroom is a dream and just makes you want to say Oui Oui Oui

  Bedroom 4

  Quad Room - With its it Oriental art, unusual lamps & and a goose on the draws...theres plenty to look at in this room! The double bed can be unzipped to make a twin and a set of bunks mean this room can sleep 4.

  Bedroom 5

  Upstairs this room, like all our rooms, can be configured as a double or a twin. This room has the added advantage of its own roof terrace. Note for 2027 there are also plans to give it an ensuite shower room.

  Bedroom 6

  Bedroom 6, sometimes known as the master bedroom hosts a Super Kingsize bed which can be unzipped to make a twin. It has spectacular views from huge windows overlooking the lake and gardens to the back of the island.

  In 2027 there are plans to give this room an ensuite shower room.

  Bedroom 7

  Also upstairs with glorious views is room 7 with its Kingsize bed that can be reconfigured to make a twin

  Bedroom 8

  This is our smallest room, it has a small double bed that can be reconfigured to make a twin.

  This room has a Kingsize bed that can be reconfigured to a twin

  This room has a kingsize bed that can be reconfigured to make a twin, it has its own small roof terrace. There are also plans for 2027 to give it an ensuite

  Opposite Room 1, this has a bath with a shower over it and is nearest to the main living spaces

  This is the smallest of the shower rooms but its leafy green tiles make up for for its petiteness!  Opposite bedrooms 2 & 3

  With a seperate bath tub and walk in shower, this is the biggest bathroom and is on the first floor serving Rooms 6,7 & 8.

  The Lake

  Ok so not exactly a room! We are lucky enough to own 20ft of the lake around the island. This is enough to dip your toes in but no swimming please. We recommend the lake next door if you want to have a wild swim. The lake where Hardwick Watersports is based has designated swimming areas and you can book to have a ringo ride, waterski or wakeboard. You can also hire paddle boards or pay a fee to launch your own (seasonal)
